About Hamlet Danielyan

Hamlet Danielyan has been bringing his creative, goal-oriented service to the real estate industry for over two decades, specializing in single family and multi-family properties. With his meticulous organization, accumulated expertise, and attentiveness to his clients’ diverse needs, he’s made an art of helping people find the places they want to live. And nothing is more rewarding than the smiles that light up their faces when he introduces them to their dream homes.

A lifelong San Fernando Valley native, Hamlet graduated from California State University, Northridge. He got his first taste of leasing apartments in 2003 before moving on to manage larger properties, some with over 600 units. For over 5 years, Hamlet has served as the manager for a diverse portfolio of apartments numbering over 30 properties, a total of 1,000 units, and a combined sum of over 1 million square feet of commercial property.

In his spare time, Hamlet enjoys a diversity of hobbies including welding, fabricating, and programming complex computer networks and servers. He also holds a degree in sound engineering and has produced several records.
